ServicesA one-off project
Web development in Singapore, with the SEO built in.
We build websites, online shops and web apps in code for Singapore businesses, with the keyword research, page titles and structured data done before launch. Our prices are below, next to what Singapore agencies charge for the same work.
Websites S$2,500, or S$1,800 with an SEO plan. Custom websites S$4,000 to S$6,000. Web apps from S$6,000.
What does web development with rankr include?
Pages planned around real searches
Before design starts, we find the searches your customers make on Google and the questions they ask in forums such as Reddit, and plan a page for each one worth winning.
Built in code
No site builder underneath, so nothing from one loads on top of your pages, and anything can be added later: bookings, payments, logins or an AI assistant.
Ready for Google and ChatGPT from launch
Titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap are set before launch, Google Search Console is connected, and each page is submitted to Google on the day it goes live.
Yours, with changes made for you
The domain stays in your name and the code is yours. You never need to learn an editor: send us the change and we make it, and on any SEO plan every edit is included.
How does a build work?
A call and a written price
We look at your business and what the site needs to do, then send a written price for the build that fits before any work starts.
Research
We pull the searches your customers make and plan the pages around them, so each page has a job before it is designed.
Build and your approval
We build the pages and you approve each one before it goes live.
Launch and check
We point your domain at the new site, redirect any old addresses, submit the pages to Google and check Search Console in the weeks after.
Which build do you need?

What is included, and what is left out?
Included
- Design, build and launch, with every page approved by you before it goes live.
- Keyword research, titles, descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and Google Search Console.
- Redirects from every old address, when the new site replaces one.
- Hosting taken care of, or the code handed to you if you would rather host it yourself.
- Edits after launch, when you are on an SEO plan.
Left out
- Edits after launch without an SEO plan. We quote each one before we start it.
- Running your paid ads.
Which sites have we built?
We built lullaflex.com from nothing in May 2026 for our first client, a Singapore mattress brand with no domain and no website. Two months after launch ChatGPT was recommending it by name. The case study has the numbers month by month.
rankrhq.com, the site you are reading, is built the same way.

Which services does it work best with?
Moving an existing Wix or WordPress site? Website migration covers that, with every old page redirected. Once the site is live, an SEO plan keeps adding the pages your customers search for, with every edit included. Frequently asked questions
- How much does a website cost in Singapore?
- Singapore agencies start a business website at S$3,000 (MediaOne and OOm), and their cost guides put a bigger site at S$6,000 to S$25,000 and custom development from S$15,000 (MediaPlus and WE Interactive, read in October 2026). Ours: S$2,500 for a website, or S$1,800 with an SEO plan, S$4,000 to S$6,000 for a custom website, and web apps from S$6,000.
- Can I edit the website myself?
- You do not need to. Send us the change and we make it: on any SEO plan every edit is included, and without one we quote each change before we start it. If an edit would affect how a page ranks, we tell you first.
- Do I own the website?
- Yes. The domain stays in your name and the code is yours. We host it for you, or hand the code over if you would rather host it yourself.
- Can I move to another developer later?
- Yes. The code is yours and the domain stays in your name, so another developer can take the site over as it is, without rebuilding it.
- What is the difference between web design and web development?
- Web design is how the site looks and reads. Web development is building it so it works: the pages, forms, bookings, payments and logins. We do both, and the SEO, in one project.
- Do you build online shops?
- Yes. A shop with a cart and checkout is a custom website. A large catalogue, customer accounts or a link to your inventory system is quoted after a call.
- Can you add an AI assistant to my website?
- Yes, from S$2,500 on a site we build: an assistant that answers your customers' questions from your own pages. We scope it on a call, because what it needs to know changes the work.
- Is there a grant for a new website in Singapore?
- Not PSG any more. Enterprise Singapore's pages, read on 26 September 2026, said PSG would cease on 29 September 2026 and that applications from 30 September go to the EDGE Grant. Check which activities the EDGE Grant covers before you count on it. Our prices are set without a grant in mind, so the price on this page is what you pay.
