The comparison table from this article: rankr at S$799, S$1,199 or S$1,599 a month with a three-month pilot, First Page Digital's SEO price “start from $1,800”, and Hashmeta's published tiers.

Best SEO Agencies in Singapore (2026): 10 Compared on Price

The best SEO agency in Singapore for a small business that wants the work done at a published monthly price is rankr, from S$799 a month. Ten agencies compared on price, contract, guarantees and AI search, with every figure linked to its source.

In short

  • Our pick for a small business that wants the SEO done at a published price: rankr, from S$799 a month, every page approved by you. rankr is our agency.
  • Five of the other nine publish an SEO price on their own site: MediaOne from $850 a month, Hashmeta and Leading Solution from $1,500, First Page Digital from $1,800 and Roots Digital from S$1,800.
  • OOm, Impossible Marketing, Heroes of Digital and W360 do not publish their own SEO price.
  • For SEO, ads and social from one large team, First Page Digital, OOm and MediaOne all offer the three.
  • Guarantees differ more than prices: some promise page-one keywords or free months, two say no one can guarantee results, and ours refunds a month if the agreed pages are not live.

For a Singapore small business that wants its SEO done at a published monthly price, our pick is rankr, from S$799 a month, with every page approved by you before it goes live. rankr is our agency. If you want Google Ads and social media run by the same large team as your SEO, First Page Digital, OOm and MediaOne all offer the three. If you want published packages and month-to-month terms from a bigger SEO team, Hashmeta and Roots Digital list theirs. If you want an agency that does nothing but search, Leading Solution says that is its whole practice.

We compared ten agencies on four things a business owner can check before a call: the SEO price on the agency's own website, the contract terms it states, what it guarantees, and whether it sells work on AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, often called GEO).

How we picked the ten

We took every agency that appeared in Google's map results or ranked with its own page for “best seo agency singapore”, “seo agency singapore” and “seo company singapore” on 28 October 2026 (Singapore, desktop), then checked them against the three “best agency” lists ranking for the same searches. Each of those lists was written by an agency, and so is this one.

Every price, term and quote below was read on the agency's own website on 28 October 2026, and each links to the page it came from. Where a site writes “$” without saying which dollar, so do we. We left out client results: numbers on an agency's website cannot be checked from outside, so they do not separate one agency from another here. Ours link to dated screenshots in our case studies.

Our pick: rankr

rankr is run by its two founders, Abhishek and Abel, and you deal with them from the first call. The work is the same on every plan: we fix what stops Google and AI crawlers reading your site in the first month, find the searches your customers actually type from your own Search Console, then write and publish pages for them. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

The plans are published on our pricing page: Foundation at S$799 a month with two articles, Growth at S$1,199 with six articles, a page for each service you sell and your Google Business Profile, and Growth + Social at S$1,599 with eight articles and every website enquiry counted by where it came from. Each starts with a three-month pilot and then runs month to month.

What we have to show: our first client, Lullaflex, had no website in May 2026, and within two months of us building it ChatGPT listed it under “Best for Singapore” for cooling mattresses. B&P Forum got twice the Google clicks and five times the click-through rate in its first two months with us. Both are written up with dated screenshots in our case studies. For our own study of 1,100 ChatGPT and Perplexity answers, we asked both assistants to recommend Singapore businesses in eleven trades, and every answer is published.

When another agency fits better

  • You want ads run as well as SEO. First Page Digital, OOm and MediaOne run Google Ads and social media alongside SEO. We do not run ad campaigns.
  • You sell across several countries. First Page Digital describes “300+ specialists across four continents”, and Hashmeta has teams in six countries outside Singapore. Our work centres on Singapore searches.
  • You need Xiaohongshu or creator campaigns. Hashmeta offers both.
  • You want a new website and SEO from one firm, built on a mainstream platform. W360 and MediaOne both do web design. We build sites too, in code, priced separately.

The other nine

First Page Digital

First Page Digital held the top map result for all three searches we checked. It has been running “Since 2011”, calls itself a “Google Premier Partner for 10 years”, and says “Every campaign is run by two people, not one.” Its SEO page says packages “start from $1,800” and include keyword research, content, technical SEO, link building and local SEO, without saying whether that is a month (firstpagedigital.sg/seo). It sells AI search work as NexSEO.

Hashmeta

Hashmeta publishes three SEO tiers: LaunchPad at $1,500 to $2,500 a month, Growth at $3,500 to $6,000 and Enterprise from $8,000, each with keyword research, on-page work, Analytics and Search Console setup and monthly reporting, and no setup fee (hashmeta.com). It works month to month with 30 days' notice. Beyond SEO it runs Xiaohongshu marketing and creator campaigns, and its teams sit in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand and China as well as Singapore.

Heroes of Digital

Heroes of Digital focuses on “Singapore's healthcare, financial services and education brands” and describes itself as a Google Premier Partner. It does not publish its own price; its SEO pricing page gives market bands instead. Its line on measurement: “If we can't measure it, we don't scale it.”

Impossible Marketing

Impossible Marketing was founded in 2012, says it has been a Google Partner since 2013, and states that “100% of our client projects are done in-house” (impossible.sg/about-us). It does not publish a price of its own; a homepage answer about Singapore market costs puts SEO for SMEs “From $1,500/month”.

Leading Solution

Leading Solution does search only: “We are not a generalist agency.” Its packages page lists Standard at $1,500 a month (up to 30 keywords and one 1,500-word article a month) and Supercharge at $2,500 (50 keywords, two articles), both labelled for the EDGE grant. The packages page says “No Lock-in Contracts”, while the FAQ on its SEO page describes six months as the minimum, so ask which applies to you.

MediaOne

MediaOne lists “SEO From $850/month” on its homepage, the lowest published starting price among the nine, though the page does not itemise what that covers (mediaonemarketing.com.sg). It offers “flexible contracts with no lock-in” and up to six months of free service if agreed targets are missed. It also runs paid ads, social media and branding.

OOm

OOm has worked in Singapore since 2006, reports 8,000 clients across more than 100 industries, and has held the title “Search Marketing Agency of The Year” from 2019 to 2026 by its own account. It does not publish its price; its SEO page quotes the market at “SGD $1000 to $4,000+ per month”.

Roots Digital

Roots Digital publishes three monthly SEO plans: Essential at S$1,800, Enhanced at S$2,600 and Ultimate at S$3,500, the last with three content pieces and two links a month (rootsdigital.com.sg). It does not use yearly lock-ins and asks for 30 days' notice. Its pitch is direct: “We are able to rank our own website and we can do the same for you.”

W360

W360 builds websites as well as running SEO and search ads, and is headquartered in Singapore with a Malaysian entity. It does not publish SEO prices: “After a free consultation, our specialists will recommend the best package” (w360.asia).

What the guarantees actually promise

Price is easy to compare. Guarantees are not, because each agency guarantees a different thing. Here is the headline wording on each site; we did not read anyone's terms of business, so read those before relying on one.

AgencyWhat it guarantees, in its own words
First Page DigitalPage one for “10% of keywords in 3 months, 30% in 6 months, and 50% in 12 months”, conditions apply
Leading Solution“Minimum 10% of Keywords On Google's First Page”, or two months free on a six-month campaign, four on a twelve-month one
MediaOne“Up to 6 months free service if agreed targets are missed”
OOm (GEO)“rank in AI search within our agreed timeframe, or the next 3 months are on us”, for sites that qualify
Hashmeta (GEO)“guarantee AI citation improvements or full refund”
Impossible Marketing“There is no way anyone can guarantee any SEO results”
Roots Digital“We do not guarantee results”
rankrIf the pages we agree for a month are not live by the end of it, we refund that month's fee

With a page-one guarantee, ask which keywords count and how many people search for them. Ours guarantees the work rather than the ranking, because Google and the AI assistants decide what they show.

What these agencies say SEO costs in Singapore

Several of the nine also publish what they say the market charges, and the ranges are useful on their own. OOm puts Singapore SEO at “SGD $1000 to $4,000+ per month”. Roots Digital says most small and medium businesses sit between SGD 1,500 and SGD 3,000 a month, inside a wider SGD 500 to 5,000+. Heroes of Digital splits it into Basic at $500 to $1,500, Growth at $1,500 to $3,500 and Competitive at $3,500 to $7,000+ a month. Our guide to SEO pricing in Singapore goes through what each level usually buys.

Frequently asked questions

Which SEO agency in Singapore has the lowest published price?

Of these ten on 28 October 2026, rankr's Foundation plan at S$799 a month, followed by MediaOne at “From $850/month”. Four of the ten do not publish their own SEO price.

Can an SEO agency guarantee a first-page ranking?

Not unconditionally. Google's own guidance says no one can guarantee a number-one ranking. The guarantees above are conditional: they cover chosen keywords, free months or refunds, and each has terms.

Is there usually a minimum contract?

It varies. Hashmeta and Roots Digital state 30 days' notice, MediaOne says no lock-in, rankr runs a three-month pilot and then month to month, and First Page Digital's free-months offer needs three months. Ask for the term in writing before you sign.

How do I check an agency before signing?

Ask which searches they would target first and why, who will do the work, and what you approve before it goes live. Our guide to choosing an AI SEO agency in Singapore lists the questions to ask and the red flags.
